Informs Executive Chef of any problems or issue regarding hygiene. \nConducts on the job training related to hygiene and safety.\nCheck all the outlets with special attention to beverage service.\nPerforms related duties and special projects as assigned.\nControls movement of unauthorized personnel in Kitchen\nMaintain a climate of trust and team spirit though out the operation.\nGive special attention to staff welfare and social activities.\nAll staff in proper uniforms with nametags and correct grooming\nEnsure employees are fully aware of the employee’s Handbook, as well as Fire & Emergency Manual.\nProviding excellent self-discipline, gains respect from all and inspires good teamwork.\nLeading by example\nTo attain and follow up on any guest complaints.\nCorrective actions to be taken immediately to prevent future recurrence of any guest complaints.\nGuest suggestions must be listened to and brought to the Executive Chef’s attention.\nDemonstrate understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety and ensure your direct reports do the same.\nFamiliarize yourself with emergency and evacuation
