remittances in the presence of a witness\nEnsure sufficient change for all cashiers\nUpdate foreign exchange rate and make bank deposits as and when required\nPrepare General Cashier Daily Report\nReimburse Front Office cashiers for disbursement made\nMake petty cash payments on designated days\nBalance cash fund daily\nConduct surprise float count on all cashier holding floats, including non-operation ‘cashiers’ like Talent & Culture and Security\nMaintain over and short records for each cashier and report evidence of review to Financial Controller\nUpdate all cashiers float record on a monthly basis\nKeep track of casual labour, valet dockets, official receipt book and movement records\nOther Responsibilities\nBe aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures\nAttend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management\nMaintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times\nPerform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management\nKnowledge and Experience\nDiploma in Accounting / Finance\nMinimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity\nGood reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
