excellence.\nAs part of our continued growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive professional to join our Finance team as a \"Income Controller\".\n Review and verify daily revenue reports from all hotel outlets and operational departments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.\n\nReconcile daily revenue figures across the Property Management System (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) systems, and financial reporting systems.\n\nVerify room revenue, food and beverage revenue, outlet sales, and other operational income against supporting documentation and system records.\n\nReview daily transactions, discounts, complimentary items, voids, refunds, allowances, and rebates to ensure proper authorization and accurate recording.\n\nInvestigate revenue discrepancies, identify irregularities, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.\n\nVerify the accuracy of payment transactions and reconcile cash, credit card, and other payment methods against daily revenue reports.\n\nReview cashier reports, cash deposits, and outlet closing procedures to ensure compliance with established financial controls.\n\nMonitor revenue posting procedures and ensure that all income is recorded in the correct accounts and accounting periods.\n\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reconciliation reports and highlight significant variances to Finance management.\n\nEnsure that revenue-related documents, reports, and supporting records are properly maintained and readily available for audit purposes.\n\nWork closely with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Reservations, and other operational departments to ensure accurate revenue reporting.\n\nSupport month-end closing activities by verifying revenue accruals, reconciliations, and relevant financial records.\n\nIdentify weaknesses in revenue control procedures and recommend improvements to minimize revenue leakage and strengthen internal controls.\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and internal audit requirements.\n\n Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nPrevious experience in income audit, revenue control, income control, or a similar position, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.\n\nGood knowledge of hotel revenue streams, daily revenue reconciliation, cashiering procedures, and internal financial controls.\n\nFamiliarity with hotel management systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) systems, and financial reporting tools.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.\n\nStrong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity when handling financial information.\n\nGood command of written and spoken English.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with operational and Finance teams.\n\nAbility to manage deadlines, investigate discrepancies, and work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality
