daily revenue figures across the Property Management System (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) systems, and financial reporting platforms to identify and resolve discrepancies\nVerify room revenue, food and beverage revenue, outlet sales, and other operational income streams against supporting documentation and system records\nAnalyze daily transactions, discounts, complimentary items, voids, refunds, allowances, and rebates to ensure proper authorization and accurate recording in accordance with company policies\nInvestigate revenue irregularities and discrepancies with a collaborative approach, coordinating with relevant departments to achieve timely and effective resolution\nVerify the accuracy of payment transactions and reconcile cash, credit card, and alternative payment methods against daily revenue reports\nReview cashier reports, cash deposits, and outlet closing procedures to ensure adherence to established internal controls and financial safeguards\nMonitor revenue posting procedures and ensure that all income is recorded in the correct accounts and accounting periods\nPrepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reconciliation reports, highlighting significant variances and trends to Finance management\nMaintain organized and accessible documentation of revenue-related records, reports, and supporting materials to facilitate audit readiness and compliance\nWork collaboratively with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Reservations, and other operational teams to ensure transparent and accurate revenue reporting\nSupport month-end and year-end closing activities by verifying revenue accruals, reconciliations, and relevant financial records with precision\nIdentify control weaknesses and inefficiencies in revenue procedures, recommending innovative improvements to minimize revenue leakage and strengthen internal controls\nEnsure full compliance with company policies, financial procedures, audit requirements, and applicable regulations\n Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field\nMinimum 2-3 years of professional experience in income audit, revenue control, income control, or a similar financial role, preferably within a hospitality, retail, or corporate environment\nComprehensive knowledge of revenue streams, daily revenue reconciliation procedures, cashiering operations, and internal financial controls\nProficiency with hotel management systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) systems, and financial reporting software\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial data analysis\nStrong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP/IFRS standards, and audit procedures\nExcellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and discrepancies\nExceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity when handling sensitive financial information\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a transparent and inclusive manner\nProven capability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment\nExperience preparing and presenting financial reports to management\nKnowledge of internal controls, risk management, and
