The IT Executive maintains the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Helpdesk.\nHe/she will be responsible for the administration and internal support of the Company’s PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment.\nPrimary Responsibilities \nIT Operations:\nProvide frontline PC and server troubleshooting, resolve IT issues for end users\nModify configurations, utilities and software default settings\nSupport and administer Windows Servers\nBackup and optimize database\nPerform regular system’s health check and capacities studies to ensure optimum performance of servers and network\nProvide In-house guest IT related matter troubleshooting\nInstall, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
