effective technology solutions, project implementations, and continuous improvements across the resort.\n Minimum 4 years of relevant Information Technology experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, preferably within hospitality, resort, or hotel environments.\nStrong technical knowledge of network infrastructure, Windows Server environments, cybersecurity, system administration, cloud-based solutions, backup and disaster recovery, and IT asset management.\nExperience supporting hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, guest internet management, CCTV, door lock systems, IPTV, and other hotel operational technologies is highly desirable.\nProven ability to manage IT projects, coordinate vendors, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and provide effective support in a fast-paced operational environment.\nStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a service-oriented mindset and excellent command of English and Bahasa
