This position will be responsible for the effective and efficient day to day operation of a fast paced premier dining establishment.\nWhat you will be doing:\nReporting to The IT Manager, supports the delivery of technology services by ensuring the smooth operation and stability of property-based IT systems. Working closely with the IT Regional Team and the broader Technology Services Team, the IT Specialist plays a key role in supporting day-to-day IT support, service requests, and ensuring alignment with company IT standards.\nProvides timely, professional, and friendly technical support to all property colleagues and end-users. \nTroubleshoots and resolves hardware, software, and network connectivity issues at the desktop and device level. \nInstalls, configures, and maintains computers, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. \nDeploys and sets up new equipment, including imaging, driver installation, and device configuration. \nManages and maintains accurate records of IT assets, hardware inventory, and software licensing. \nLogs, tracks, and follows up on support tickets to ensure timely resolution and a positive user experience. \nSupports the onboarding and offboarding of colleagues by preparing and recovering IT equipment and system access. \nMonitors antivirus, backup systems, and basic network connectivity, escalating alerts as needed. \nExecutes IT-related tasks and projects as directed by the IT Manager. \nFollows and upholds Accor IT standards, data security, compliance, and safety policies always. \nPerforms other duties as assigned. \n Your experience and skills include:\nUniversity or college degree, diploma, or technical certification in IT/IS or a related field. \n1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, help desk, and/or infrastructure. \nFoundational IT Support certifications such as CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Certificate, or Microsoft Fundamentals (Preferred). \nExperience or understanding of hotel or hospitality operations is an advantage. \nStrong verbal and written communication skills. \nExcellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. \nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. \nAbility to work independently with a strong sense of accountability. \nEagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a dynamic hospitality-technology environment. \nVisa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
