If you can do that; this opportunity is limitless!\n The Junior Sous Chef will assist in leading a passionate team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences, every time.\nWhat the role is all about:\nWhile focused on Goldfinch restaurant you will support other key areas of culinary as required\nSupervise food preparation, cooking, and plating.\nEnsure timely service and coordination with front-of-house staff.\nMaintain high presentation standards and adherence to dietary and allergy accommodations.\nMonitor portion control and waste management to maintain food cost efficiency.\nAssist in inventory management, ordering, and receiving of ingredients.\nEnsure compliance with budgetary guidelines and operational efficiency\nEnforce proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.\nEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulations.\nOversee cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen equipment and workspaces\n Qualifications\nWe're looking for a passionate Chef to bring their skill & knowledge, together with an outstanding energy to our hotel.
