This is an excellent opportunity to learn all aspects of a professional kitchen while developing new skills within a fast-paced and engaging environment.\nKey responsibilities include:\nAssisting with food preparation and basic cooking duties as directed by the Head Chef.\nMaintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, storage areas, and floors.\nCarrying out washing up duties, ensuring all crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and equipment are cleaned and stored correctly.\nSupporting the team with stock rotation, deliveries, and the safe storage of food items.\nEnsuring all food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures are followed at all times.\nTaking responsibility for your own personal hygiene and presentation standards.\nAssisting the Head Chef in maintaining the kitchen's compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.\nWorking effectively as part of the kitchen team to deliver excellent service to guests.\nIn addition to your kitchen duties, you will receive training to become a multi-skilled team member, enabling you to assist in other departments across the hotel when required.
