As an experienced Kitchen Steward, you will join our illustrious team and elevate our brand to new heights.\n Reporting to the Executive Chef, we are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Steward to join our dynamic team. The Kitchen Steward is a key role within our culinary team, working closely together to ensure our kitchens are organised and clean, ready to deliver to our guests.\nIn this role you will -\nRinse dirty crockery and cutlery, stack in the dishwasher, unload and put away\n\nWash pots by hand\n\nEnsure that all F&B outlets are provided with clean and sanitised operating equipment\n\nUse correct handling techniques to transport and store food items\n\nWipe down benches\n\nSweep and mop floors\n\n Motivated & committed to work with our passionate team\n\nCommercial dishwashing experience (desirable)\n\nExperience in a fast-paced kitchen environment\n\nAn understanding on stock management and general kitchen cleaning skills\n\nAdhere to safe work practices\n\nStrong communication skills\n\nHave a good work ethic and be a team player with a flexible attitude\n\nThe ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and on weekends\n\n Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:\nWe are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
