We welcome a diverse range of guests every day with a mix of both corporate & leisure as well as hosting and taking part in an array of events, including the incredible (and colourful) Mardi Gras.\n You will be supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen through dishwashing and keeping the area spotless\nYou will insure there is a constant and sufficient supply of equipment and clean utensils to all outlets at all times.\nYou will be responsible for providing the highest level of attention to all aspects of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the Kitchen, including but not limited to cutlery, crockery and commercial equipment\nRecycling and removal of rubbish\nAssisting Chefs with food preparation as required\nAdhere to all sanitation and chemical use guidelines.\nFollow and adhere to all HACCAP hygiene and WHS requirements.\nWork on a rotation roster, including AM, PM shifts on a 7 day rotation roster,\nincluding weekends and public holidays.\n You may have previous experience in a similar fast paced environment.
