This is a mandatory step for your candidacy to be considered as it enables us to explore your compatibility with this role and our culture of luxury excellence.\n Reporting to the Engineering Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:\nPerform repairs and maintenance duties on a wide variety of kitchen equipment.\nCarry out periodic inspection, cleaning, and equipment servicing.\nInspect facilities and equipment for conformance with operational standards.\nReview job order to determine work priorities.\nSchedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools and equipment to ensure continuous operations and guest and owner satisfaction.\nComplete preventative maintenance program items in coordination with plan.\nFollow department policies, procedures and service standards.\nCarry out installation of new equipment; perform repairs on leaks; change equipment parts that have become old or defective.\nCollaborate with other maintenance workers, company’s officials, and staff to effectively provide solutions to maintenance problems.\nAttend quickly to emergency call on equipment repair issues.\nReport any hazard during work.\nReport any abuse of equipment or Energy.\nPerform other duties the supervisor may assign.\n A self-starter, take initiative, can make decisions in fast-paced, changing environment.\nConstant standing and walking throughout shift.\nProficient in the English language (verbal & written)\nEnthusiastic and dependable.\nActive listening.\nInterpersonal skills.\nGood communications skills.\n What is in it for You:\nLearning programs through our Academies designed to sharpen your skills\nAbility to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities\nCareer development opportunities with national and international promotion opportunities.
