Your technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to excellence will directly impact our operational success and customer satisfaction.\nPerform routine maintenance and preventive inspections on all kitchen equipment and appliances to ensure optimal performance and reliability\nTroubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues with precision and analytical thinking\nRespond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency repair requests, minimizing downtime and operational disruptions\nMaintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, equipment status, and service history for compliance and tracking purposes\nEnsure all work adheres to safety, health, and operational standards established by the organization and local regulations\nCoordinate effectively with kitchen staff to communicate maintenance schedules and minimize impact on daily operations\nMonitor and maintain critical systems including refrigeration units, ventilation systems, and food service equipment\nAssist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new kitchen equipment\nManage inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies, ensuring availability and organization\nStay current with industry best practices and equipment innovations to continuously improve maintenance processes\n Qualifications\nProven experience in kitchen equipment maintenance, building maintenance, or related technical field\nStrong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.\nHands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial kitchen appliances and equipment\nRelevant technical certifications (HVAC, electrical, appliance repair, or equivalent) preferred\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex equipment issues\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and management\nDemonstrated reliability, responsibility, and commitment to maintaining high safety and compliance standards\nProficiency in maintaining detailed maintenance records and documentation\nPhysical capability to perform manual work, including lifting, bending, and working in various positions\nTime management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respond to urgent repair requests\nKnowledge of food service industry standards and safety regulations\nAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team\nFlexible and adaptable approach to changing operational needs\n Experience is an asset\nPrior experience working with related system\nStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities\nFluency in Arabic & English, Additional Language is an added advantage.\nOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:\nWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.\nBy joining Accor, every chapter of your story is yours to write and together we can imagine tomorrow's hospitality.
