This role ensures that all equipment is in safe efficient working condition to support smooth food production and laundry operations thereby contributing to overall guest and colleague satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nCarry out preventive maintenance and repairs on all kitchen and laundry equipment including dishwashers ovens refrigerators freezers ranges washing machines dryers steamers and boilers.\n\nPerform routine inspections and testing to ensure equipment is functioning at optimal efficiency and in compliance with safety standards.\n\nRespond promptly to breakdowns and service requests from the Culinary and Laundry departments.\n\nMaintain proper records of preventive maintenance schedules repair works and spare parts used.\n\nAssist in the installation calibration and commissioning of new equipment.\n\nEnsure compliance with all safety health and environmental standards while performing duties.\n\nReport major issues or repeated failures to the Duty Engineer / Engineering Manager for corrective action.\n\nSupport other technicians in the Engineering team when required.\n\nMaintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workshop and ensure tools are kept in good condition.\n\nAssist in energy conservation and cost-saving initiatives within the department.\n\nAttend departmental meetings and training as required.\n\nQualifications: \nQualifications & Skills\nTechnical diploma/certification in Mechanical Electrical or Refrigeration Engineering.\n\nMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel or facilities management environment.\n\nStrong knowledge of kitchen and laundry equipment operation maintenance and troubleshooting.\n\nAbility to read technical manuals wiring diagrams and equipment schematics.\n\nHands-on skills in electrical plumbing and mechanical repairs.\n\nBasic computer literacy for maintenance reporting.\n\nStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and flexible with working shifts.\n\nGood communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.\n\nAdditional Information: \nOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:\nWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract recruit and promote diverse talent. \nDiversity & Inclusion for Accor means welcoming each and everyone and respecting their differences by giving priority only to qualities and skills in extending employment and development opportunities.
