The Laundry Attendant is responsible for the washing, drying, ironing, and folding of linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry while ensuring high hygiene and quality standards. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all textiles used throughout the property.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLaundry Operations: Operate washers, dryers, and ironing equipment to clean and maintain hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry.\n\nSorting & Inspection: Sort laundry by fabric type and color, inspecting items for stains, damages, or special cleaning requirements.\n\nStain Removal: Treat stains and ensure proper washing techniques are applied to maintain fabric quality.\n\nFolding & Organization: Fold, stack, and organize clean linens, towels, and uniforms efficiently for distribution.\n\nGuest Laundry Service: Handle guest laundry requests, ensuring timely pickup, washing, ironing, and return of items while following special instructions.\n\nInventory & Stock Management: Monitor linen and uniform inventory, reporting shortages or damages to the Laundry Supervisor.\n\nMachine Maintenance: Ensure laundry machines and equipment are in proper working condition. Report any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.\n\nHygiene & Safety Compliance: Follow proper hygiene, safety, and handling procedures for chemicals and laundry equipment.
