You will contribute to delivering a clean, professional, and welcoming experience for both guests and Heartists.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperate laundry equipment safely and efficiently, including washers, dryers, presses, and ironing machines.\n\nSort, wash, dry, fold, and finish hotel linen, towels, uniforms, and guest garments according to established procedures.\n\nInspect items for stains, damage, or repair requirements and report any issues to the Laundry Supervisor.\n\nHandle guest laundry with care, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery.\n\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, equipment, and storage rooms.\n\nFollow proper chemical handling procedures and safety guidelines at all times.\n\nMonitor linen quality and assist with inventory control and stock rotation.\n\nSupport the housekeeping team by ensuring an adequate supply of clean linen and uniforms.\n\nComply with Accor brand standards, hygiene regulations, and environmental sustainability practices.\n\nParticipate in departmental training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nQualifications\nPrevious experience in a laundry or housekeeping environment is an advantage.\n\nBasic knowledge of laundry equipment and fabric care.\n\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\n\nGood attention to detail and organizational skills.\n\nBasic communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.\n\nCompetencies\nService-oriented mindset.\n\nTeamwork and collaboration.\n\nAttention to detail.\n\nTime management.\n\nReliability and accountability.\n\nCommitment to safety and hygiene.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand for extended periods.\n\nLift and carry laundry loads safely.\n\nWork in a warm and physically active environment.\n\nWhy Work for Accor\nJoin a team where you can be All You Are.
