Our properties are located from the beaches of Hawaii, to the unspoiled national parks of Canada, to the heart of London, to the deserts of the United Arab Emirates.\n Reporting to the Housekeeping Leadership, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:\nResponsibilities\nConsistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.\nAssist Housekeeping Leadership with the day-to-day operation of the department and help ensure service and cleanliness standards are followed.\nProvide daily direction and support to Housekeeping Supervisors/Inspectors and Colleagues.\nAssist with room assignments, staffing adjustments, inspections, and operational priorities based on occupancy and business needs.\nMonitor guest rooms and public areas to ensure established cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained.\nAddress guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating concerns to Housekeeping Leadership when appropriate and notifying other departments as required.\nAssist with colleague coaching, training, and performance follow-up in accordance with departmental standards.\nSupport onboarding and training of new Housekeeping Colleagues.\nAssist with daily briefings and departmental meetings as directed by Housekeeping Leadership.\nHelp monitor departmental supplies, linen, equipment, and operational needs and communicate concerns to management.\nSupport Housekeeping Leadership in maintaining productivity and controlling departmental expenses through effective daily operations.\nMaintain effective communication with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other departments to support efficient hotel operations.\nFollow and reinforce departmental policies and procedures.\nIdentify and report necessary maintenance items and follow up as appropriate.\nEnsure safety and sanitation policies are followed by Housekeeping Colleagues.\nServe as a point of contact for the department in the absence of senior Housekeeping Leadership, within assigned authority.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat is in it for you:\nPaid time off\nMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401K\nComplimentary shift meal\nEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide\nLearning programs through our Academies and Educational Assistance for further development\nOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!\nAbility to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Sustainability Committee\n Qualifications\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
