planet.\nHospitalityisaworkofheart,\nJoinus andbecomeaHeartist ®.\n Key Responsibilities\nLearning & Development\nDevelop and execute the annual Learning & Development strategy and training calendar.\nIdentify training needs through Training Need Analysis (TNA), performance reviews, audits, and departmental discussions.\nCoordinate and facilitate induction programs for all new Heartists.\nConduct soft skills, customer service, leadership, and behavioral training programs.\nMaintain training records, attendance, and monthly training reports.\nTalent Development\nSupport succession planning and talent pipeline development.\nCoordinate management trainee, internship, and cross-exposure programs.\nDevelop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for high-potential employees.\nCoach and mentor employees to support career growth.\nCompliance & Brand Standards\nEnsure completion of mandatory compliance, hygiene, safety, and prevention trainings.\nMonitor adherence to Accor Learning Programs and brand standards.\nSupport internal and external audits related to training and development.\nEmployee Engagement\nOrganize employee engagement activities, learning campaigns, and recognition programs.\nPromote a learning culture through workshops, webinars, and digital learning platforms.\nPartner with department heads to improve employee productivity and engagement scores.\n Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration or a related discipline.\nRelevant experience in Learning & Development, preferably within the hospitality industry.\nPrevious experience in a hotel L&D role will be preferred.\nExperience in training needs analysis, training planning, facilitation and evaluation.\nExperience in managing training budgets, vendors, records and L&D
