(For this brand/hotel likely higher preferred.)\n\nStrong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, pumps, electrical systems, plumbing and general building services.\n\nAbility to read technical drawings/schematics, use maintenance software/systems and complete shift/hand-over documentation.\n\nGood communication skills in English; additional language skills (Arabic) would be an advantage.\n\nStrong problem-solving attitude, able to work independently during shift and cope with pressure and urgent breakdown situations.\n\nFlexibility to work varying shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays.\n\n Additional Desired Competencies\nPrevious experience working in an international hotel brand (such as Mövenpick/Accor) will be a plus.
