The ambassador should an eye for detail, a passion for creating magnifique luxury experience for our guests and developing a wonderful team.\nYour Purpose:\nYou are the first brushstroke on a canvas of culinary art - subtle, intentional, and essential to the masterpiece that follows.\n Assisting the Maintenance Manager to maintain, using safe working practices, the building, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings to protect the asset and ensure it remains a functional, pleasant and safe environment for all guests, contractors, visitors and other employees.\nAssisting the Maintenance Manager in the day to day operation of the maintenance requirements of the hotel including, pool, spa and water feature pump and motors, automatic chemical dispensers, VSD motors and control, Saflok electronic door lock, storm water and sewerage pump and controls, chillers and air handling units and controls, and Movielink system.\nComplete daily plant rounds and note for repair any equipment that may appear or sound faulty.\ncarry out maintenance on mechanical equipment and water reticulation to ensure acceptable availability and reliability.\nAssist in the keeping up to date records on the repair and maintenance of plant and equipment\non complete\nCompleting daily rounds sign off any relevant section of the Maintenance Manuals.\nLiaise with the Maintenance Manager regarding all work in guest rooms and public areas to ensure out of order areas of the hotel are brought back to use as soon as possible.\nComplete all tasks where possible within a 15 minutes time frame of receiving the request\nReport back to the Manager on Duty or Front Office the completion or delay, of any task that is guest related.\nSuggest any improvements that could be made to improve existing service or procedures, log and inform the Department Manager of any service or system problems.\n At least 1 years experience in Maintenance or similar industry;
