You’ll be the main point of contact for guests overnight-ensuring professional, friendly and efficient service at all times. You will also complete audit tasks, reports and ensure a smooth handover to the morning team.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nComplete all night audit tasks as per checklist\nBalance cashiering and prepare reports\nEnsure accurate cash and credit handling\nAssist in cross-checking daily work for all outlets\nHandle complaints efficiently and professionally\n Experience in Front Office or Finance operations preferably in a Hotel environment\nKnowledge in Hotel systems such as OPERA cloud or Hub OS\nStrong attention to detail and analytical skills\nAbility to work overnights, weekends and public holiday\nStrong time management and ability to multitask\nHighly trustworthy and reliable\n Why work for Accor?\nWe are far more than a worldwide leader.
