Experience it all from an iconic neighborhood hotel that will feel like your own private residence in the heart of the Capital.\n The Outlet Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the short and long term and the day-to-day operations of the outlets in the absence of the Food and Beverage Operations Manager. This includes payroll, scheduling, achievement of sales targets, costs controls, and the training, development and performance management of colleagues. Adherence to all policies, standards and procedures are required at all times in order to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate policies and procedures and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals. We are looking for a person whose desire is to provide exceptional customer service in a the All-Day dining restaurant, Lobby Bar and In Room Dining, and lead colleagues to a common goal for the guest, colleague, owner and brand awareness. Service standards oriented and the ability to manage change are all skills sought in the successful candidate.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nEnsure smooth and efficient operation of the outlets.\nManaged and oversee Restaurant colleagues including the sales and costs of the day to day operations.\nEnsures that service standards are consistently maintained in accordance with Fairmont Food and Beverage standards\nEstablishes and maintains effective employee relations, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and optimal labor productivity\nControls stock and inventory for daily Restaurant operations to ensure service levels are met\nMonitor and improve the overall performance of the operation through the analysis of VOG, LQA and Employment Engagement Survey results.\nEnsure the delivery of excellent service by maintaining high colleague morale and team spirit and following the Service Essentials.\nMotivate, lead, coach and monitor the performance levels of all team members.\nLead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed.\nOversee and coordinate recruitment for Outlets\nAct as a liaison between the Kitchen, Lobby Lounge and the front of the house.\nCollect and analyze guest feedback to enhance service and product offerings.\nActively participate in hotel’s environmental program.\nTo be Health & Safety conscious and actively involved in maintaining a safe work environment.
