As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.\nLead and inspire a team of food and beverage professionals, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment\nOversee the daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service and product quality\nDevelop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability whilst maintaining guest satisfaction\nManage inventory, control costs, and optimise operational efficiency across all outlets\nEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene\nAnalyse sales data and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans\nCollaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu offerings and promotional activities\nHandle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner\nConduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills\nParticipate in budgeting and financial planning processes for the F&B department\n Minimum of 5 years' experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting\nProven track record of successfully managing multiple outlets and driving business growth\nExcellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team\nProficiency in using point of sale systems and Microsoft Office applications\nOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders at all levels\nAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail\nAbility to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment\nFluency in English required;
