Prepare & submit post-mortem promotion report to F&B Manager upon completion of promotion\nImplement and maintain control measures to ensure that food &beverage costs, productivity, labour costs and operating supply costs for the outlet is in line with budget\nOutlet Operation\nConduct departmental daily briefings to ensure that all pertinent information is well received by team members\nSupervise team members to ensure that all tasks assigned/required in the outlet are carried out on time and according to instruction and departmental standards\nBuild a good relationship with guests or regular patrons.Try to remember individual patron’s names and their preferences to extend a personalized service\nHandle guests’ complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently\nHandle all administration work pertaining to cashier/bar operation requirement and company’s policies\nMaintain department communication logbook and updated notice board\nCheck the supply of equipment/stock level and ensure that there is no shortage of items which have impact on the operation and guests\nCheck the outlet/back of the house cleanliness to ensure that it is in compliant with F&B sanitation and hygiene rules and regulations\nMaintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services, contents &preparation methods, outlets and hotel services/features\nEnsure that health, safety and security procedures are in place in the outlet\nAttend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management\nPerform proper handover and communication to the next shift\nAssist other food & beverage outlets with their operations during peak times or when required\n Hotel Management graduate or equivalent\nAdditional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage\nGood reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language\nAbility to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage\nMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity\nGood working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint\nHigh degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities\n Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems (PMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), channel management, and online travel agency (OTA) platforms.\nGood understanding of revenue management principles, room inventory control, yield management, upselling, and forecasting.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and team management skills.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and hotel reservation reporting tools.\nAbility to handle guest inquiries, special requests, and escalated concerns professionally while maintaining high service standards.\nExcellent command of written and spoken English;
