The Outlet Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific restaurant or outlet, ensuring the highest level of service excellence, team efficiency, and guest satisfaction. This role ensures smooth operations by leading the team and supporting the Outlet Manager in all aspects of service delivery.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDaily Operations: Oversee and manage the daily operation of the outlet, ensuring seamless service, adherence to brand standards, and guest satisfaction.\nTeam Supervision: Guide, train, and support team members in delivering professional and efficient service. Assist in team scheduling, performance evaluation, and task delegation.\nGuest Experience: Address guest needs and resolve any service issues promptly to maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction.\nInventory Control: Monitor stock levels of equipment, supplies, and consumables; ensure proper usage and timely requisitions.\nCompliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Conduct routine checks to maintain cleanliness and organization.\nTraining: Conduct on-the-job training and support team members in understanding menu items, service procedures, and upselling techniques.\nFinancial Support: Assist with cash handling, daily closing procedures, and ensuring accurate billing and POS entries.\nCommunication: Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient service. Relay guest feedback for service improvements.\nStandards Maintenance: Maintain presentation standards of the outlet, including table setups, service equipment, and staff appearance.\nSustainability: Commit to and maintain sustainable practices by enhancing resource efficiency, minimizing waste, and promoting eco-friendly, social, and ethical initiatives. Align with the hotel's broader ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) objectives to drive positive impact across all pillars of sustainability.\nCompliance and Standards: Ensure full compliance with local legal requirements, international standards, health and safety regulations, company policies, ISO standards, and industry best practices.
