In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable operations and executing payroll processing with precision and efficiency. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payment processing while maintaining compliance with local regulations and organizational financial standards.\nProcess and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, coding, and payment authorization\nExecute payroll processing cycles, including salary calculations, deductions, and payment distributions\nReconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation to ensure accuracy\nMaintain comprehensive and organized payroll and accounts payable records in compliance with regulatory requirements\nEnsure timely processing of employee payments and vendor payments according to established schedules\nCoordinate with Human Resources and Finance departments to resolve payment discrepancies and employee inquiries\nPerform monthly and periodic reconciliations of payroll and accounts payable accounts\nGenerate financial reports and statements related to payroll and vendor payments\nStay current with Saudi Arabia payroll regulations, tax requirements, and GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) compliance\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payment operations\n Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable processing and payroll administration\nProficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)\nStrong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and Saudi Arabia labor laws\nDemonstrated expertise in financial reconciliation and data verification\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting\nExcellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial transactions\nSolid understanding of GOSI requirements and local payroll compliance standards\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information professionally\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration\nExperience with multiple payroll systems or platforms
