This is a role for someone who sees payroll as more than a transaction: it is a promise to every team member, and a central part of how the hotel is run.\nThis is also a rare chance to shape the future of payroll at the hotel. Pullman East Melbourne is preparing to move from Humanforce and WageEasy to Zambion / Ready Workforce, a single integrated workforce management and payroll platform. As Payroll Controller, you will play a key part in this launch, setting it up to be accurate, compliant and built to last.\nReporting to the Director of Finance and working closely with the Director of People & Culture, you will be the hotel's authority on pay, leave and payroll systems.
