maintenance of employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.\n\nSupport recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.\n\nAssist with onboarding and orientation activities for new colleagues, ensuring the timely preparation of required documents and materials.\n\nSupport employee engagement initiatives, internal events, colleague activities, and recognition programs.\n\nAssist in preparing HR communications, announcements, presentations, reports, and other departmental materials.\n\nSupport the coordination of training sessions, learning activities, and development programs.\n\nAssist with HR administration, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and updating employee information in HR systems.\n\nHelp monitor and organize colleague documentation related to attendance, leave, probation, and other HR processes, as required.\n\nSupport the coordination of employee welfare initiatives and other People & Culture projects.\n\nAssist with the preparation of HR reports, trackers, and departmental records while
