As a Procurement Manager, you will lead the hotel’s procurement activities, ensuring every purchase meets our standards of quality, value, and operational excellence.\nWorking closely with Finance and operational departments, you will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, oversee purchasing activities, and develop sourcing strategies that support the hotel’s needs while maintaining strong cost control and procurement standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage the hotel’s purchasing and procurement activities in line with operational requirements and budget.\nDevelop and implement procurement strategies that support the hotel’s operational and financial objectives.\nWork closely with department heads to forecast purchasing needs and ensure timely availability of goods and supplies.\nSource, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers that meet SLS quality and service standards.\nNegotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and commercial agreements with suppliers.\nMonitor supplier performance across quality, pricing, delivery, reliability, and compliance.\nReview and manage purchase orders, contracts, quotations, and vendor documentation.\nMonitor procurement spending and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.\nMaintain appropriate inventory and purchasing levels based on operational requirements and business forecasts.\nEnsure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and local regulations.\nIdentify and manage supply chain risks, including shortages, delays, and supplier performance issues.\nSupport sustainable and responsible sourcing initiatives wherever possible.\nLead, support, and develop the Purchasing team while maintaining effective collaboration across departments.\nMaintain strong relationships with suppliers, Finance, and operational teams to ensure smooth procurement processes.\n Minimum 5 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably within luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.\nStrong experience in supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor management, and cost control.\nGood understanding of hotel purchasing, inventory management, and procurement processes.\nExperience with procurement systems such as FutureLog, Adaco, or similar platforms.\nStrong analytical, negotiation, and commercial skills.\nGood financial understanding with the ability to manage budgets and analyze procurement costs.\nStrong English communication skills, both written and verbal.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality
