The role supports smooth hotel operations by sourcing food & beverage supplies, operating equipment, guest supplies, engineering materials, and other requirements while maintaining cost control and compliance with purchasing policies.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage daily purchasing activities as per hotel operational requirements.\nSource, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and quality products.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with approved vendors and suppliers.\nObtain quotations, compare prices, and prepare purchase recommendations.\nEnsure procurement is done according to hotel standards, specifications, and approved vendor lists.\nMonitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and product quality.\n Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.\nKnowledge of hotel purchasing procedures, vendor management, and cost control.\nExperience in sourcing food & beverage, housekeeping supplies, engineering materials, and operating
