In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting and overseeing purchasing operations, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient, cost-effective procurement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of procurement excellence while fostering positive vendor relationships and driving continuous improvement.\nSupport and supervise procurement activities by obtaining competitive quotations, conducting thorough market surveys, and analyzing pricing data to ensure optimal value and cost-effectiveness for the organization\nCoordinate with vendors to guarantee timely delivery of materials and services, follow up on outstanding orders, and resolve any delivery discrepancies with professionalism and efficiency\nAssist in vendor negotiations, registration processes, and purchase order management while maintaining transparent communication with all parties involved\nDevelop and implement cost-control initiatives and monitor spending to support organizational budget objectives and financial goals\nMaintain accurate and updated supplier catalogs, inventory records, and comprehensive procurement documentation to ensure seamless purchasing operations\nAnalyze vendor performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and supplier optimization\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and deliver customized solutions that align with organizational objectives\nPrepare detailed reports on purchasing activities, market trends, and vendor performance to support informed decision-making\nEnsure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements applicable to operations in Egypt\nManage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in all procurement documentation and communications\n **Education:**\nDiploma or bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field\n**Experience:**\n2 to 5 years of professional experience in purchasing, procurement, or vendor management, with demonstrated supervisory or leadership responsibilities\nProven expertise in vendor coordination, negotiation, and relationship management\nExperience developing and implementing cost-control initiatives and budget management strategies\nDemonstrated ability to analyze market data and make data-driven procurement decisions\n**Technical Skills & Tools:**\nStrong proficiency with ERP systems and procurement software; experience with procurement management tools is highly valued\nProficiency in budget management and cost-control analysis\nAdvanced skills in data analysis and market research\n**Core Competencies:**\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex procurement scenarios\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, organize complex information, and maintain meticulous records\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all procurement documentation\nAbility to work independently while maintaining a collaborative and supportive team approach\nExcellent time management and organizational skills\nStrong decision-making capabilities with the ability to act decisively under pressure\n**Language:**\nFluent in English (written and verbal);
