The Reservation Agent - Daily Worker supports the Reservations and Front Office teams in providing excellent guest service, maximizing room occupancy, and maintaining accurate reservation records.\n Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.\n\nFresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in hotel reservations or Front Office is an advantage.\n\nGood command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.\n\nBasic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office; knowledge of hotel reservation systems or PMS is an advantage.\n\nExcellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.\n\nDetail-oriented, accurate, and well-organized in handling reservation data.\n\nCustomer-service oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.\n\nAble to work under pressure, multitask, and work effectively in a team.\n\nWilling to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.\n\nAvailable to work as a Daily Worker (DW), based on hotel operational requirements.\n\n Diversity & Inclusion for Accor means welcoming each and everyone and respecting their differences by giving priority only to qualities and skills in extending employment and development opportunities.
