Additionally, the hotel offers excellent connectivity to both the airport and the main train station, ensuring seamless travel for all visitors.\n The main responsibilities include:\nCustomer care through phone and email demands.\nManage individual and group (accommodation) reservations.\nUse of reservation programs: Opera (PMS) and Resaweb.\nFollow up of any reservation no matter the shop channel making them all feel “spoiled”.\nRevise all the reservations on the books to check their validity and details.\nEligibility (Spain): Candidates must have the legal right to undertake an internship in Spain from the start date.
