reservations\nProvide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and promotions\nMaximize room revenue and occupancy by upselling and cross-selling\nCollaborate with front office, revenue and sales teams to ensure smooth operations\nResolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner\nMaintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences\nAttend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management.\nPerform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management.\nReport any complaints, incidents or other irregularities to management.\n Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or related field\nAt least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.\nKnowledge in Opera is advantageous but not compulsory.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong attention to details and organisational skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\nProficient in Microsoft
