This role represents the vibrant, energetic, and guest-centric spirit of Rixos, ensuring service excellence, safety, and guest satisfaction at all times.\nKey Responsibilities\nGuest Service & Experience\nProvide friendly, professional, and efficient food & beverage service while skating, in line with Rixos service standards.\nCreate a memorable and engaging guest experience through positive attitude, confidence, and strong interpersonal skills.\nBuild rapport with guests and respond to enquiries in a courteous and timely manner.\nHandle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns to the Roller Skater Supervisor when required.\nFood & Beverage Service\nPossess strong knowledge of menu items, beverages, promotions, and outlet concepts.\nRecommend menu items, suggest pairings, and apply upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and revenue.\nEnsure orders are delivered accurately, safely, and efficiently.\nFollow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for service, hygiene, and safety.\nOperational Excellence\nPerform opening and closing duties as assigned.\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and surrounding service zones.\nMonitor operating supplies and minimize spoilage or wastage.\nAssist with inventory counts (monthly, quarterly, annual) as required.\nTeamwork & Flexibility\nWork collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations.\nRemain flexible to rotate within different F&B outlets or departments when required.\nAttend training sessions, briefings, and meetings as scheduled.\nSupport pre-opening activities, special events, and high-volume operations.\nHealth, Safety & Compliance\nEnsure full compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.\nAdhere to Rixos policies, procedures, and ISO Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, 10002).\nFollow all health, safety, fire, and emergency procedures.\nComply with local laws and regulations at all times.\nMaintain proper grooming, uniform standards, and personal hygiene.\n Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or related field preferred.\nFresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a 4-5 star hotel or resort are welcome.\nAbility to confidently skate (roller skates or roller blades) is mandatory.\nPrior experience in entertainment-driven or lifestyle F&B concepts is an advantage.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong communication and customer service skills.\nHigh energy, confidence, and a positive attitude.\nAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced
