The sky is your limit\nPay Rate Range: $26.83-$33.54\n Reporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms, the Room Attendant plays a key role in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests. This position requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to high service standards. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:\nProvide consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests\nClean and service assigned guest rooms, suites, and public areas in accordance with hotel standards\nPerform a full range of housekeeping duties, including:Making beds and changing linens\nDusting and polishing furniture and fixtures\nVacuuming carpets and cleaning floors\nThoroughly cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms\nCleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces\nRemoving trash and used items from rooms\n\nReplenishing guest room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities\nInspecting rooms to ensure cleanliness, proper setup, and functionality of all equipment\nReporting maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate department\nMaintaining housekeeping carts, storage areas, and linen closets in an organized and clean manner\nFollow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals\nRespecting guest privacy and security, ensuring confidentiality at all times\nResponding promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors\nAssisting with special cleaning projects, deep cleaning tasks, and room preparations as needed\n Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nPrevious housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.\nExcellent communication and organizational skills.\nStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.\nReliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours.\nAbility to bend, kneel, and squat for extended periods.\nAbility to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently.\nAbility to push and pull housekeeping equipment, such as tables and carts, weighing up to 100
