We are looking for team players and are able to work in a physically demanding role.\nClean guest rooms, storage areas and corridors as allocated.\nEnsure guest supplies and advertising material in bedrooms and bathrooms are replenished to the correct standards for the room type.\nReport any lost property following correct.\nCarry out programmed / regular cleaning duties as allocated.\nEnsure guest laundry is handled in line with Hotel policy.\nUse and clean equipment with care, reporting any defective equipment as set down in procedures manual.\nEnsure all department equipment is maintained to a high standard.\nAssist with regular equipment stocktaking.\nEnsure the security of keys and guest rooms at all times by adherence to security procedures. Report any suspicious persons or items to Supervisor.\nUnderstand the correct usage and storage of cleaning agents in line with health and safety regulations and manufacturers instructions.\nAssist guests with any requests for information or service they require. Refer any requests out of your authority to your supervisor.\nAssist in providing our guests with turn down service.\nClean balconies, balcony furniture and railings.\nClean carpets.\nResponsible for de-scaling shower heads, bleach grouting in bathroom and toilets and general upkeep of bedrooms.\nHelp colleagues when necessary (extra beds, bed boards, make beds)\nEngage warmly with guests, using emotional intelligence and initiative to support in five star luxury service.\nAbility to work alone when required cleaning rooms.\n You will harness your luxury attitude, with humble excellence, a distinguished presence, and elevated emotional intelligence.
