sales-related inquiries\nRespond promptly to client queries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining transparency throughout the process\nMaintain comprehensive records of all clients and their profiles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system\nPrepare and organize regular client visits according to predetermined schedules and sales strategies\nCompile monthly sales reports and activity summaries, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights to support decision-making\nConduct competitive analysis by monitoring competitor sites, pricing strategies, and service offerings on a regular basis\nIdentify and recommend prospective customers by analyzing historical data and statistical information, preparing detailed customer call analysis reports\nCoordinate with the sales team to ensure all personnel are informed of department objectives, policies, and performance metrics\nManage sales documentation, proposals, and contracts with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy\nHandle additional responsibilities as delegated by management, demonstrating flexibility and a goal-oriented mindset\n Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Marketing, or a related field\nMinimum 1 year of proven experience in a sales coordination or similar sales support role\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong data analysis capabilities\nExperience with CRM software and sales management tools\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate meaningful reports\nCustomer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service\nProblem-solving ability and a proactive attitude toward identifying opportunities\nAttention to detail and
