This role builds strong relationships with ministries, government institutions, state-owned enterprises (BUMN), and related agencies while ensuring compliance with procurement regulations and hotel sales strategies.\n Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably handling Government or Corporate accounts.\n\nExperience with government procurement or BUMN accounts is an advantage.\n\nGood understanding of the Jakarta government market is preferred.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office.\n\nFamiliarity with hotel sales systems and CRM is an advantage.\n\nGood command of English, both spoken and written.\n\nDiversity & Inclusion for Accor means welcoming each and everyone and respecting their differences by giving priority only to qualities and skills in extending employment and development opportunities.
