targeted number of sales calls with effectiveness\nDevelop business leads for the Hotel on a weekly basis\nPrepare monthly list of accounts to penetrate for the following month\nPlan a minimum of 2 site inspections/entertainment meetings per week to qualified potential accounts or new accounts\nPrepare monthly action plan for main market segment\nPerform monthly review account profile on room nights production and average rate\nMonitor competitors’ rate strategy, account penetration and marketing activities to maintain a competitive edge\nFully responsible of accounts under his/her
