In this pivotal role, you'll lead the charge in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that drive leisure revenue growth and expand our market presence. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while building and nurturing relationships with key leisure travel partners across local and international markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a visionary professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.\nDevelop and execute comprehensive strategic sales plans to achieve leisure revenue targets and room night goals while maintaining profitability\nBuild, maintain, and expand strong relationships with Destination Management Companies (DMCs), travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers, and luxury travel advisors in both local and international markets\nIdentify and capitalize on new leisure business opportunities to enhance market share and competitive positioning\nConduct regular sales calls, client presentations, business entertainment activities, and property site inspections to strengthen partnerships\nRepresent the organization at trade shows, sales missions, roadshows, and networking events to elevate brand visibility\nNegotiate contracts, rates, and business agreements strategically to maximize hotel profitability while maintaining competitive positioning\nCollaborate closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences\nMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to develop agile and effective sales strategies\nPrepare detailed sales reports, revenue forecasts, and business plans to support achievement of organizational revenue goals and provide transparent performance insights\nLead and mentor sales team members, fostering a supportive and motivational work environment that drives individual and collective success\n Minimum 3 years of proven hotel or hospitality sales experience, preferably within luxury hospitality environments\nStrong expertise in the leisure travel segment and comprehensive knowledge of luxury travel distribution channels\nExisting network with DMCs, travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers, and luxury travel advisors (highly desirable)\nExcellent communication, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills with strong interpersonal abilities\nDemonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets and growing market share\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with strong goal-setting and time management capabilities\nFluent in English;
