This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth across the corporate, conferencing, events and leisure markets. It is an exciting opportunity to represent a distinctive regional destination, build lasting client relationships and make a meaningful contribution to the resort’s continued commercial success.\n As Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, expanding market opportunities and building long-term client relationships to support the ongoing growth of Peppers Marysville.\nWorking closely with the Revenue and Marketing teams, you will identify opportunities, develop targeted business development initiatives and convert prospects into profitable, long-term partnerships.
