In this supervisory role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage staff performance, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and facility maintenance across our organization. You will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping professionals while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.\nSupervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance management\nConduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleaning standards meet organizational requirements and guest expectations\nDevelop and implement efficient cleaning procedures and protocols that optimize productivity and maintain quality\nTrain and onboard new housekeeping staff members on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies\nManage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurement\nAddress and resolve staff concerns, conflicts, and performance issues in a professional and timely manner\nMonitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment\nPrepare and submit reports on housekeeping operations, including staff performance metrics and maintenance issues\nCommunicate effectively with other departments to coordinate services and address facility needs\nMaintain a safe and organized work environment for all housekeeping team members\n Minimum 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping operations within a hospitality or corporate environment\nMinimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience\nStrong knowledge of cleaning protocols, best practices, and industry standards\nProficiency in staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and team management\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nDemonstrated ability to maintain attention to detail in quality control and inspections\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams\nProblem-solving abilities and capacity to handle operational challenges efficiently\nKnowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations and compliance requirements\nProficiency in inventory management and basic budget tracking\nAbility to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends as needed\nPreferred: Experience with housekeeping management software or facility management systems\nPreferred: Training and development experience for staff members\n Previous experience in the hospitality industry.\nEgyptian nationality is accepted.\nStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.\nV.
