Your role is to provide warm and professional service, handle reservations, and ensure smooth operations at the front desk. This position requires a customer-focused attitude, strong organizational skills, and a passion for wellness.\nGreet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.\nProvide information about spa services, treatments, and wellness programs.\nAssist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.,\nManage spa appointments and reservations using our booking system.\nCoordinate with spa therapists and other team members to ensure efficient scheduling.\nHandle changes or cancellations to bookings while accommodating guest needs.\nAnswer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.\nProcess payments and manage cash handling accurately.\nMaintain an organized and clean reception area, including managing spa brochures and promotional materials.\nAddress guest requests, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.\nAssist in creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.\nEnsure that all guest interactions are handled with the utmost respect and confidentiality.\nStay informed about the spa’s services, treatments, and retail products.\nPromote spa products and upsell treatments or packages as appropriate.\nProvide recommendations based on guest preferences and needs.\nAssist with any special events or promotions organized by the spa.\nContribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.\nAdhere to health and safety regulations, including maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.\nEnsure the privacy and confidentiality of guest information at all times.\n Experience/Certificates/Education\n2 years minimum experience in a similar capacity within an ultra-luxury hospitality / spa environment.\nMust possess outstanding Guest services skills, professional presentation and sophisticated communication skills. \nProficient in English language (verbal & written).\nMust be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment while remaining calm and collective.\nMust be flexible in terms of working hours.\nA hospitality diploma is an asset.\nComputer literacy in Windows, MS
