This leadership role ensures the highest standards of personalized service, brand alignment, financial performance, and team development. As a Raffles brand ambassador, the Spa & Wellness Director brings emotional luxury to life through thoughtful rituals, holistic programs, and unforgettable moments of care.\nQualifications\n1. Strategic Leadership\nDevelop and implement a holistic wellness strategy that aligns with Raffles ultra-luxury positioning and wellness philosophy.\nLead business planning, annual budgeting, and capex development for the Spa & Wellness division.\nCreate long-term vision for spa and wellness innovation, including new treatments, retail concepts, and lifestyle experiences.\nActively participate in hotel executive meetings\n2. Operational Excellence\nOversee all areas of spa operations: treatments, wellness therapies, fitness, relaxation areas, guest journey, and retail.\nEnsure daily operational excellence through regular walkthroughs, LQA audits, safety and hygiene protocols, and preventive maintenance coordination.\nDevelop and implement SOPs to ensure consistency, safety, hygiene, and service quality.\n3. Guest Experience & Personalization\nDesign and implement unique wellness experiences that reflect the local culture and the Raffles Emotional Wellbeing pillars.\nPersonalize guest journeys through pre-arrival profiling, in-treatment customization, and post-stay recommendations.\nLead VIP coordination, guest recovery, and guest preference mapping.\n4. Team Leadership & Culture\nRecruit, train, and mentor a passionate and professional wellness team, fostering a culture of care and excellence.\nConduct regular performance reviews, development plans, and team engagement sessions.\nAlign team behaviors with Raffles values, ensuring cultural and emotional intelligence in all interactions.\nLead departmental briefings, wellness education, and cross-training programs.\n5. Financial & Revenue Management\nManage spa P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and achieving targeted revenues and GOP.\nOversee inventory, procurement, and cost controls for treatments, linen, uniforms, and retail.\nImplement strategic promotions, upselling training, and dynamic pricing.\nCollaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to drive wellness revenue channels (e.g., packages, retail).\n6. Sales, Marketing & Branding\nDrive annual wellness marketing calendar, including events, retreats, seasonal offers, and partnerships.\nEnsure alignment with Raffles brand standards across all collateral, signage, and treatment menus.\nRepresent Spa & Wellness in media opportunities, VIP briefings, and site inspections.\nPartner with PR and marketing for local and international brand exposure.\n7.
