As a Speciality Waiter/ess, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests whilst leading and mentoring our service team.\nOversee and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant's dining area\nLead, train, and motivate the waiting staff to maintain high service standards\nGreet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome\nManage reservations and handle special requests or dietary requirements\nProvide detailed menu information, including daily specials and wine recommendations\nResolve guest complaints promptly and professionally\nEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards\nAssist in inventory management and stock control\nCollaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow\nMaintain a clean and organised dining area at all times\n Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality\nPrevious experience in a supervisory role within food service\nExcellent customer service skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction\nDemonstrated leadership abilities and team management skills\nProficiency in restaurant management software\nFluent in English;
