Une vision à 360° qui allie stratégie, créativité et technicité pour garantir le succès des projets délivrés (Récemment : Les Cimes Bleues à la Baule, Tutto à Budapest, Le Mas Candille à Mougins, Red Rock à Ras Al Khaimah, Casa Monti à Rome, Marlow à Monaco, Liva à Abidjan, Pepperoni Comedy Club à Dubaï…).\nDans le cadre du développement de Paris Society Consulting, nous recherchons pour mars 2027 un/une ASSISTANT(E) PROJECT MANAGER, qui contribuera au développement des projets créatifs du consulting en collaboration avec le Project Manager.\nVous intervenez dans la gestion de projets pour des clients F&B (restaurateurs indépendants, grands groupes hôteliers, fonds d’investissement…) et éprouvez un réel intérêt doublé de connaissances solides pour l’univers de l’Hospitality.\n Assister le Project Manager dans ses missions du quotidien\nAider à la gestion de projets, de l’étude de marché à la conception, du déploiement à l’ouverture\nParticiper à la création à 360° de concept F&B : benchmark, storytelling, structuration des offres F&B, listing OS&E, brief uniformes…\nRéaliser des veilles sur les tendances & acteurs de l’Hospitality en France et à l’international\nSoutenir la dynamique de travail globale du pôle consulting\nCoordonner et rédiger des comptes-rendus post- réunion\nRéaliser des documents et présentations sur InDesign\n Formation supérieure bac +4/5 de type école de commerce/hôtelière/architecture d’intérieure\nAnglais niveau avancé obligatoire\nCapacité à représenter Paris Society Consulting en tant qu’ambassadeur\nSensibilité à l’ADN de Paris Society\nFort attrait pour l’univers de l’Hospitality haut de gamme et lifestyle\nCuriosité et connaissances des acteurs et tendances de l’Hospitality en France et à l’international\nConnaissances opérationnelles du secteur de la restauration\nCréativité, sensibilité au design, branding et storytelling\nCompétence en gestion de projet\nAisance relationnelle et rédactionnelle\nLa maitrise d’InDesign est un plus\nPoste basé à Paris 8e -
