Stewards ensuring high standards\nSupport the Team Members in training and development\nCoordinate the daily pot-wash and dish wash responsibilities\nEnsure Back of House areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards and cleaning schedules are followed and completed\nObserve Health, Hygiene and Safety guidelines when handling hazardous substances and comply with all aspects of Health and Safety requirements\nReport faults, misused or damaged equipment issues to the Managers, Executive Chef, and/or Chief Engineering\nEnsure the correct PPE is in place and guidelines are adhered to\nEnsure machinery is operated properly, efficiently, safely and in accordance with the hotel's Health and Safety Manual\nAssist in the location, movement and storage of operational equipment\nAssist in the stock take of equipment and other items as required\nEnsure team members adhere to all Health and Safety and Hygiene Regulations\nCarry out any other reasonable task set by the Hotel's Management\n Your Skills & Qualifications:\nPrevious experience in a Stewarding department preferred\nStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilities\nComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications preferred\nUniversity/College degree in a related discipline an asset\nHighly responsible & reliable\nAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment\nAbility to work cohesively as part of a team\nAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times\nCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in
