This is a mandatory step for your candidacy to be considered as it enables us to explore your compatibility with this role and our culture of luxury excellence.\n Reports to the Regional Director, IT, Central Canada and participates as a member of the Regional Technology Services team.\nResponsibilities:\nEnsure that user problems are addressed consistent with current Service Level Agreement:\nResolves Colleague Help Desk Tickets for the Region (Regional Shared Service)\nIT Systems disaster recovery and Daily Backup Logs for the Region (Regional Shared Service)\nDeploy and Maintain all Employee Workstation Hardware\nWi-Fi Log update - Maintain all Guest and Back of House Wi-Fi equipment in Public, Meeting Space and Guestrooms\nReview Anti-virus logs and resolve any issues on Cortex XDR enterprise console for hotels\nEnsure all Wi-Fi equipment is functional in Public, meeting and guestrooms.\nMaintain all equipment/Software Inventory\nComplete all PCI initiatives\nExecute all Hotel driven IT initiatives projects under IT DIR/SM supervision\nMaintain IDF and MDF’s as per ACCOR Standards\nAssists in maintaining standard guidelines.\nEnsure monitoring of recovery system - daily backups for region\nContribute to Technology Services knowledgebase.\nLooks for opportunities for new technology that may be beneficial to customer.\nParticipate in after-hours on call support(24/7) with the regional IT team\nParticipate in all regional aspects of a IT projects as directed \n University degree or equivalent experience\nA+ Certification\nMinimum 3 years of experience in system administration and networking\nMicrosoft Certified System Engineer or equivalent\nCisco certification or equivalent experience\nUnderstanding of hotel operations, an asset.\nGood verbal & written communication skills\nStrong interpersonal skills\nSelf-starter with a strong sense of commitment.\nAbility to work as part of a team\nPrevious supervisory and training experience an asset\n The Ontario base salary range for this position is $60,960 - $76,000. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level.
