In this role you will be responsible for supporting the design implementation and evaluation of talent development programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational growth.\nAssist in the creation and coordination of training programs workshops and learning initiatives\nManage the learning management system (LMS) and maintain accurate training records\nCollaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions\nSchedule and coordinate training sessions including logistics and materials preparation\nConduct needs assessments and gather feedback to improve training effectiveness\nPrepare reports on training metrics and program outcomes\nSupport the onboarding process for new employees\nAssist in the development of career development plans and \nBachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field\n23 years of experience in talent development HR or a related field\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nProficiency in HR software and learning management systems (LMS)\nData analysis and reporting abilities\nProject management skills\nKnowledge of talent development best practices and trends\nUnderstanding of adult learning principles\nExperience with elearning platforms and content development tools\nAbility to work independently and
